Caramelized Honey Figs, Brown Butter & Rosemary

Ingredients

6 figs - cut in ½ 

Butter - 2 tbsp 

Honey - 4 tbsp

Rosemary - 1 sprig 

Salt & Pepper to taste


Method

  • In a non-stick pan add butter and place the cut figs cut side down. Cook until lightly golden. Add Honey. Season with some salt.

  • Let honey reduce by 1/2 . Remove from heat and reserve to top the cake with figs. 

  • To Serve, scoop ricotta into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Top with figs and all additional liquid with the figs. Enjoy with served bread.
